HOW TO MAKE CRANBERRY TURKEY SLIDERS
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Use a bread knife to slice the buns in half horizontally across then place the bottom buns onto the prepared baking sheet.
Add the turkey slices in an even layer, then top with a layer of provolone cheese, and a layer of arugula leaves.
Spread cranberry sauce on top. Then put the top of the buns on.

In a small bowl, place the butter slices, dijon mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Microwave for 10 seconds, until melted. Stir to combine.
Brush the mixture evenly on top of the buns.

Tent with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted. Remove the foil and then bake for an additional 5 minutes to toast the buns.

TIPS FOR SUCCESS
-
You can use regular yeast dinner rolls or even brioche slider rolls.
-
You can use leftover turkey instead of the sliced deli meat. Slice or shred the leftover turkey meat.
-
You can make this with other meat like sliced ham, roast beef, or chicken.
-
You can use baby spinach, mixed greens, or opt for no leafy greens at all.
-
Any cheese works like swiss, cheddar, mozzarella, or pepperjack.

STORAGE AND REHEATING:
Refrigerate leftovers in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the microwave in 1 minute increments just until heated through.
