1 red bell pepper, chopped

½ cup rice vinegar
ketchup ½ cup
brown sugar ½ cup
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
¼ teaspoon ginger powder

HOW TO MAKE EASY SLOW COOKER MEATBALLS
Add frozen meatballs, pineapple chunks, red and green bell peppers, and onions to slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix the pineapple juice, rice vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, cornstarch, and ginger powder together. Pour into slow cooker.
