Method
- Add frozen meatballs, pineapple chunks, red and green bell peppers, and onions to slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix the pineapple juice, rice vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, cornstarch, and ginger powder together. Pour into slow cooker.
- Place lid on top and cook on the low setting for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours, until meatballs are heated through and reach 160°F internally.
- Stir meatballs and coat in the sauce. Top with cilantro and sesame seeds before serving.
