Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Ingredients
  

  • 12 count King's Hawaiian dinner rolls
  • 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken, skin and bones removed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s red hot buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp dried ranch seasoning mix

Equipment

  • 9x13 baking sheet or pan
  • parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Use a bread knife to slice the buns in half horizontally across then place the bottom buns onto the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the rotisserie chicken, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, salt and pepper. Stir until evenly combined and chicken is coated in the sauce.
  4. Spread the coated chicken in an even layer over the bottom buns. Top with green onions. Then place the top buns back on.
  5. In a small bowl, add the butter and parsley. Microwave for 10 seconds, just until butter is melted. Stir to combine.
  6. Brush the butter mixture evenly on top of the buns.
  7. Tent with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove the foil and then bake for an additional 5 minutes if needed to toast the buns.
