HOW TO MAKE CROCKPOT RANCH PORK CHOPS
Place pork chops into crockpot and top with ranch seasoning mix, brown gravy mix, onions, and garlic.
Pour the cream of mushroom soup and the cream of chicken soup over the pork chops and then top with butter.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the pork chops reach a minimal internal temperature of 145°F.
Serve with mashed potatoes and top with herbs.

TIPS FOR SUCCESS
-
I used thick 1 ¾ inch sliced pork chops but you can use standard ¾-1 inch sliced pork chops for smaller servings.
-
You can make this with pork loin, pork shoulder/butt, or other meat like turkey or chicken.
-
You can serve individual chops or shred it and stir it back into the sauce and portion it out.
-
The brown gravy mix gives it a richer flavor and helps to thicken the sauce. You can use just the one envelope of dry ranch seasoning mix if you want.
-
You can use just one can of creamed soup if you want less sauce. You can purchase a mixed can of cream of mushroom and chicken soup or choose one or the other.
-
You can add ¼ cup broth or water to thin the gravy if it thickens too much.

STORAGE AND REHEATING:
-
Refrigerate leftovers in a sealed container for 3 or 4 days.
-
Reheat on the stovetop covered over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until heated through.
